Is it possible to change or cancel my order after payment?
No, it is not possible to change your order once it is has been placed. You can cancel your order, but in no case later than 24 hours from order, by contacting us. An email will be sent to you confirming the cancellation of order. If you did not receive it, the order is not yet cancelled and we will charge you and send you the product purchased.

How to return defective items?
You may return the defective items within 72 hours of receiving the order at your expense and the item should be unused. Replacement of product via the same shipping service you chose during check out.
How long does it take to reach my order?
Estimated delivery of the product is within (15-45 days) for free shipping, for standard it is (10-20 days) which is chargeable and for express delivery it is (7-15 days) excluding 2-5 days for processing.
